We visited the spa during winter and our towels got damp outside hung up so next time I’d take 2 towels. Swimming cap needed if you want to go in the lane swimming outdoor pool. We really enjoyed our visit! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money”

“This experience was very expensive. We paid a lot of money for a dip in a fancy “hot tub”. It was underwhelming at best. There should’ve been an option to pay for a two hour experience. There was not. We paid for a full day experience for two. There wasn’t enough to do there for a full day.”

The reception was busy with people all over the place, no real welcome or guidance as to where to go once inside. In the end we followed others to what we thought was a cabin to change. However, a rude officious man literally stood guard at the entrance barring our way. We tried to ask where the cabins were, he threw his arm up say NO, NO. YOU PAY and was rubbing his finger and thumb together. On trying to ask a question my colleague was stared at in silence for what…”

“Be sure to bring towel and sandals even if it sux to carry them around all day. The staff were not terribly pleasant and paying 5000 forint for a 799forint towel is ridiculous. At least put your logo on it or Budapest to make it worth buying, but you should include the towel for what you charge. The bathrooms smelled so bad, and since we did not realize we needed sandals we had to walk about barefooted. The hot tub and beer part were good but the rest was not. It was stressful not relaxing and for tourist who are out and about all day, having to bring towels etc…”
