“The tour itself takes 45 minutes. You meet the guide outside the entrance and they get your tickets, explain about going through security, etc. Then you are given headsets where you can pick your language. There is a WC right before you enter. Since I picked the day the taxis were on strike and had already walked a lot (!) there was an elevator to take me up the 4 floors. I was able to walk down just fine. The guides themselves were very kind! While the tour is fairly short the history and building are amazing. As an older, solo traveler, I was pleased I had chosen this!”

“Tour was well organised, on time and we saw all the sights we expected to see on an evening cruise. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Only thing that surprised us was that we had expected a commentary. Perhaps we should have read the information more clearly but something for other travellers to note. Appreciate it’s difficult when there are potentially a number of nationalities on the trip. I chose this trip as it was one of the smaller boats and we found seats on the upper deck without issue.”

“We were there 40 min before. We had no opportunity to be in second deck, there was too many people, maybe even more than the allowed ones in the boat, so we had to be inside. No air conditioned, it was very hot. Very poor views, there was fog on the front window. Better pay more and have a good exoerience in another boat”

“Fantastic cruise staff were all good, boat left on time free welcome drink was well appreciated, all the sights lit up at night were fantastic. Only gripe was lining up to wait for the cruise was a little chaotic with people not lining up and waiting there turn to board that was frustrating and with the welcome drink wait until a little while into the cruise as the 1 poor girl behind the bar was getting overwhelmed but all on all highly recommend for what you pay, the sights are fantastic.”

“The City Tour and Danube Cruise was absolutely faultless. I called the afternoon before to check our pick up time. The taxi arrived as scheduled and took us from our hotel to the rendezvous point where our guide was waiting. The mini bus and walking elements of the tour were very well planned and proportioned. A nice touch was to give us half an hour free time at one point to either have a coffee or view the cathedral. Our guide, Gregory, spoke perfect English and was really knowledgeable. He was also friendly and easy to listen to. He escorted us to the correct boat and ensured we were booked…”
